Very friendly, helpful, and efficient!!! I had some warning lights come on while driving to work. I called and spoke with a very helpful and pleasant gentleman who helped me determine that it was more than likely safe to drive it a few blocks to them. They got me in the next day, diagnosed my issue, and got me on my way. Would recommend! 👍
Huge, huge rave to Bismarck tire center!! My 17 yr old was in Bismarck for a class (we live in minot) and ended up swerving as a car came into his lane. He avoided the car but hit the curb instead and popped his tire. They managed to get him in and fixed up the same day. The tow truck took almost 2 hours to get to him (thats another mess) theyeven staying a couple minutes after closing so he could get back on the road to come back home. Bryan is an awesome dude. Always happy to see his and Dakotas faces!! The guys who work on my car are great! Very transparent, this auto shop. They will tell you what’s wrong and what’s needed before they do it. A lot of places try to sucker you into paying more money for things, but they talk to you first.
We had to stop in for a repair on our way back to Ontario from B.C. They got us in right away, had treats for the dog and were so friendly. Can’t recommend them enough.
Very easy to work with. Less expensive than other places, for the same tires. Was able to get my vehicle in for tires the same day I first called them. John was excellent. Suggested several options, and was quick and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back. Jim K
