We purchased a new dishwasher, but the men who came to install it could not install it because of the copper plumbing lines. So, we called Bill Campbell's Plumbing and heating. I talked to Courtney and she said someone would call me back. Within an hour Luke called. He said he would call me "first thing in the morning". He called before they officially opened. From big jobs to small jobs, Campbell's has always come through for me. I trust them to do the job right and I've never had any issues. I'd be lost without them. Thank you, Jim, Luke and Tyler!

Called a few days ahead of time to set up an appointment they told me they would call me the day of to set up a time. I ended up having to call them when they hadn't called me by noon and was told they'd show up between 2 and 4. They never showed up and did not call or inform me that they weren't going to make it.

Super amazing people and they understand u only call them when ur having a bit of an emergency. Fast friendly and efficient service from men that will tell you how it is. If it's gonna be a big ordeal....they lay it out for me. If it's something I can fix on my own by just doing these simple steps....they explain exactly what they see after their initial investigation. Both technicians were professional and competant. They diagnosed the clogged drain and best method to remedy the problem. They were not messy and they fairly priced the job. I will use them again.
