ARVIG talks a great story ... but never provides service. They charged me an install / hookup fee back in March (3 months ago - $69.73 - have receipt), but nothing ever happened. My neighbor has ARVIG DSL. Thus, obviously there is not a problem with installing DSL at my location / cabin. Every few weeks I phone ARVIG to seek an update on receiving service. Just before Memorial Day while on a phone call ARVIG said fiber optic service was now possible at my cabin. Better yet, they would refund my $69 and install fiber for free... read more
Best you can get in the Northland! Staff is very responsive, & actually a human (not a robot). My Internet has always worked well, & anytime I’ve ever had trouble, someone is out to fix it within 24 hours. If the prices were a little lower, I think I would be giving 5/5; great establishment.
Matt was very helpful getting my homepage settings back. I have always had good internet support from these folks.
Works most of the time. It was out yesterday I assume because of the installation of fiber optics
