They were hired to do the landscaping on my new build. One day they just showed up and started digging and trenching. I had never told anyone where I wanted landscaping done. I recently bought a new construction and this was the Company that was hired to lay sod and install sprinklers. My experience with this Company was far from satisfactory. They showed up at my property without any prior notice or consultation, leaving me entirely uninformed about their plans. The ordeal became a significant hassle as I had to make three separate trips during work hours to go home and provide them access to my garage, where the sprinkler controller was located. There were contracted last fall to winterize our sprinkler system. This spring we found burst sprinkler lines. They came out four weeks ago to repair and dug a large hole to make the repair. Currently there is still a hole, pile of dirt and dead grass and they have not returned to finish the repair. There has been multiple occasions they said they would be out to finish the work and now phone calls are not be answered.

Hired them. They missed two promised dates. Cancelled services. Was told I couldn’t because services were already completed two days ago. Which they were not per our cameras. They came out after we cancelled. Called them and it turned into a heated conversation. The guy told us to come to his shop and he will take care of the issue. THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE STINKS! You can not get a hold of them by phone even if you leave messages. I finally got a reply after at least 2 emails. They are slow to reply. They asked what days we were available, I gave them 2 days. They email to come out a day of course other than the ones given. I say ok and take of work to be there.
