My company entered into contract negotiations with Time Communications one year ago. Over the past year the service has been very good and we have been very pleased with the services we have received. Did not provide the service they promised me, overcharged and charged for "outgoing long distance" calls even though they only take calls. There were times when their "servers" were down and calls did not go through which means I lost business. Overall it was not a great experience and a huge waste of money as every month they billed me three times the amount they told me to expect and what I agreed to. They also refused to end the contract even though they did not provide the contracted services.
