We were waiting to get fiber internet. Had a miscommunication with the activation crew. I called Arvig customer service and they took my situation seriously and shortly I received a call and all was fixed on our end. Super thankful for how fast they followed up, and our new fiber cable internet has been amazing! The gentleman that came to connect the service was super great as well- took less than a hour. Definitely deserve the 5 stars for the customer service we received.
Honestly have become sick and tired of this terrible business. Random internet connection issues extremely periodically with constant jacked up prices. They advertise as a high quality internet company but is matched up with extremely slow speeds. Bottom line is you pay for a service that’s 99.9% of the time consistently under delivers. I have now been waiting 8 months for the fiber line on the highway to be brought to the house. And i've been told it's only another three months until They get here Until then, I will continue having only 1 MB per second.
Took almost a year to get a broken line fixed. Been paying for 25mbs internet and averaging 10, they put in a bonded modem which doubled my speed, but still less than what it is. Calling tech support about every 3 weeks with issues. If you can get service anywhere else, do it. Unfortunately my options are This or satellite and somehow satellite managed to be worse.
Goes out constantly.They should fix their load balancing so their oldest customers aren’t having their internet go out every weekend and multiple times a week. I will remove this review if my internet doesn’t go out for a month.
