They're down right rude especially Robin. I've been a customer for 2plus years and they won't accept payments. Shut me off literally with no warning. They told me I received a curtsy call the day before and I asked where i could send my call log showing I got nothing!! That's literally not my fault. I somehow on my own switched my connective payment that helps me pay to another device and I didn't. Won't take any kind of payments, not a quarter, not half, not even 3/4. Just had them install internet to our house and i gotta say I've never been more impressed! Omar not only rerouted the wiring for the modem to make it look better he even hung everything on the wall for us! Super easy to work with and very good staff! Great job!!!
Conor was excellent in getting me connected to my local Outlook 2016 client. He was quick to answer my question and friendly as well as knowledgeable. He is a great employee, real keeper!
I'm not happy with our internet service with Arvig. The more I express my concerns about the lack of performance the worse it gets. What really is bothering me is I pay the same price as someone who has good service. There doesn't seem to be another option which is a problem.
Price is high for quality of service. Honestly mobile hotspot from my phone does much better job then the WiFi it's self.
