Have had arvig for couple years now, they were great in the beginning but not anymore, paid for tier 2 internet for years and randomly get a letter in the mail stating our internet is being changed to tier 1 (slowest internet) while still paying for tier 2. Said they were going to give me better upload and download speed, never did. It actually got slower and slower as time progressed. It’s been an awful experience. I got the run around on the phone trying to set up internet service to get a construction quote after three weeks that was quoted for over $2,000 dollars to put a temp line in that they maybe could put in the ground next fall. They mentioned they would “waive the construction fee” if I signed a contract with them. Midco will be in DL soon, and I will wait for them, their better prices, and service.
I wanted to have the service to them and they told me I couldn't have my ACP past the March maybe even April and then it would be $80 a month for internet only what in the world do we pay for for $80 that's just highway robbery they're charging because they can it's ridiculous
Family has been a customer for years. Good speeds just down the road and they won't do anything about it. Also I hear at a resort nearby someone that works for them is getting a whole line through the campgrounds and skipping over another resort that has been waiting quite a bit of time to get internet. Company is a joke.
My husband and I work from home and the internet was the best we have had.. Your customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend your company over others.
