Have had arvig for couple years now, they were great in the beginning but not anymore, paid for tier 2 internet for years and randomly get a letter in the mail stating our internet is being changed to tier 1 (slowest internet) while still paying for tier 2. Said they were going to give me better upload and download speed, never did. It actually got slower and slower as time progressed. Now it's so slow I can't even watch my security cameras at home while at work. -100/10 don't give these crooks any money, this company deserv... read more
Only decides to work half the time, internet is either slow for no reason or just has outages. Switching to Midco ASAP
The service is terrible now they are charging $3.95 if you want to pay your bill online or pay with a card in store. Its criminal because there is no way credit card company's are charging them $3.95 a swipe. Do not get internet here.
It’s been an awful experience. I got the run around on the phone trying to set up internet service to get a construction quote after three weeks that was quoted for over $2,000 dollars to put a temp line in that they maybe could put in the ground next fall. They mentioned they would “waive the construction fee” if I signed a contract with them. Midco will be in DL soon, and I will wait for them, their better prices, and service.
This company has absolutely no idea what they are doing got told I wasn't past due or anything and no payment arrangement was needed I have it all on recording and now they are saying I am past due and I'm probably getting disconnected. Very unprofessional and simply idiotic employees work here do not get any of their services. Update they are down right now and you can't even call them cause they turned their phones off. This company is a complete joke.
