Firestick TV is about three steps back from cable. I absolutely love having my program or sporting event stop for a spinning wheel all the time. And if anyone in the house uses the microwave oven it stops the firestick till the microwave stops. And for the price you charge for it…this is not a technology advancement it’s awful…
Constantly going out. Usually mutiple times per day. They ought fix their load balancing so that customers don’t have to suffer this. Again, I will take this review down if my internet doesn’t go down for a month.
I recently signed up for service and paid the $200 that is required for installation. Was told someone would get in touch with me to let me know when installation would be done. It's going on 3 weeks with numerous calls to the office to find out when installation will happen. The answer I've been given is that they do not know the schedule of the crew and I have to wait to see when flag are in my yard and then 2 weeks after that, my installation would be done. I mean, honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. Worst Internet service in the world. Unfortunately they have a monopoly in my area. Can't wait to move and have Charter.
