Edit* The technician that I spoke to earlier reached back out to me and assisted me with the issues I was having, he was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was pleased with this I do believe he may have been having a rough morning especially during the holiday season. I do appreciate the hard work.
Great service. I called Kerry early in the morning with my furnace issue. And he came right out to take a look at the furnace. Thankfully if was a very quick and easy fix. Kerry answered all my questions and concerns. Very polite will definitely will call again.
We called because in our rental home ( out of state owner) the furnace had his business sticker on it. SO glad we called Kerry. We called on a Sunday to make an appointment and he was out first thing Monday morning. Totally happy with his work.
My experience with this fly by night company has been a negative one thus far, the guy came early this morning, hence, the heat was turned off. 2 hours later and only half way through the job he left to go to another job. His partner left for a chiropractor appointment. It is 20 degrees here today, and now it is approximately the same in my house. He came back 2 hrs later to finish the job, the landlord said nothing in terms of the contractor leaving, and expressed to the guy that what little heat was coming out at the time ... read more
