Great experience. Rico was our technician/installer and was excellent. He communicated what our options were for a 27 year old air conditioner, one of which was to utilize a replacement program offered by our homeowners warranty. In less than one week the system was installed with a new, larger capacity unit. Janet was also great in the midst of some confusion with the home warranty personnel. Thanks for a great job! Highly recommend them!
1 star is generous, would give zero if it were an option. My fridge was about 8 months old when it quit making ice and dispensing water. I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket because my fridge was out of warranty. Hard to believe since it isn’t even a year old. Went back and forth with the receptionist telling me that there is nothing I can do but pay out of pocket. Always a pleasure working with A & J for household repairs. All the technicians are friendly and professional. Thomas & Rodrigo helped me several times and were prompt, did great work & had me back up and running with my washing machine quickly. Janet in the office is kind, efficient with scheduling and even goes above and beyond to help find parts in stock for repairs. 5 stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Devon went above and beyond fixing our washer at a rental. Ran a test cycle to make sure nothing was leaking after being fixed. When I called to make the appt. the lady who answered (I'm sorry I don't rememeber her name) was so kind and fast at getting our rental property in. Thank you! Highly Recommend!!!!
Arrived promptly, scheduled faster than expected and gave good options for appointments. Technician gave 20 minutes notice before arriving on site and gave good details on what was causing the issue as well as what he did to resolve. Would highly recommend.
