Great experience. Rico was our technician/installer and was excellent. He communicated what our options were for a 27 year old air conditioner, one of which was to utilize a replacement program offered by our homeowners warranty. In less than one week the system was installed with a new, larger capacity unit. Janet was also great in the midst of some confusion with the home warranty personnel. Thanks for a great job! Highly recommend them!
Devon went above and beyond fixing our washer at a rental. Ran a test cycle to make sure nothing was leaking after being fixed. When I called to make the appt. the lady who answered (I'm sorry I don't rememeber her name) was so kind and fast at getting our rental property in. Thank you! Highly Recommend!!!!
The service was outstanding. The tech was on time, courteous, and friendly. My only complaint is with Whirlpool. A fridge less than 2 years old should need repair.
Taking to long to resolve issue been 14 days without a dishwasher still not resolved finally new unit installed after miss communications /issues with processes figured out. Overall it all worked out great I still recommend A&J for repair /services as required.
No show for 1st appointment. Slow to respond and would not return phone calls. Tech gave us conflicting information and claim rep. were told parts were order but never were. Took over a month from 1st call to when they finally attempted to make the repair.
